One of the greatest writers ever has written a book about the evils of meat production. Apparently, it convinced Natalie Portman to become vegan. Click through for her article on it from The Huffington Post!
This book is pretty incredible. Foer came to Powells and did a lecture on it. I was already vegetarian, but it really pushed me to try veganism. I recommend this to anyone and everyone.
